Figure it out Here!

After so many years, I am still trying to figure out what do to with this website. I registered the "here.my" domain years ago. Then I mapped the various sub-domain to various blogs and sites that I have (http://blog.here.my, http://biketrial.here.my, etc.)

Initially, I hosted on FreeDNS.afraid.org, the free DNS hosting service. But lately it has been giving me some DNS resolution problem, so I decided to move it to GoDaddy.

What a bad decision! For one thing, GoDaddy DNS does not support off-site domain well. It does not have URL or domain forwarding service for off-site domain names; with the exception of using CNAME which is not as flexible. And secondly, I can't transfer-in the domain as the Malaysian .MY domain is not sub-managed by GoDaddy.

So now, I have mapped "www" to this blog to ensure that when a user goes to "www.here.my" it will land on a page and not a "This website is temporarily unavailable, please try again later."

Until I find a better solution, it will do for now. Cheers!
